They wanted a campaign to differentiate themselves from the Microsofts and AWS' of the world; Sköna saw that transcending features (and phrases like "limitless operability") was the way to do it. 'Protection in Every Connection' was about how good it feels when the one true connectivity cloud is behind you, featuring the kind of folks it's actually protecting.
