SCOPE: EVENT Organizer / Art Director
My wife says I have too many records. I don't really believe that's possible, but I'm a team player who values my marriage to a very patient woman... plus, the collection *does* need a refresh every so often. The not-so-obvious next step? Plan and throw a swap with a friend in a similar predicament. I asked a local coffee shop with a beautiful event space if they'd be down to host, they said yes, and Grounds & Sounds was born. I art direct the poster, help organize the event, sell records, and even DJ (poorly). It's a love letter to black plastic and black coffee, plus an excuse to hang out with my friends.

Yeah, we ran out of time to really redesign this poster. But there's something to be said for practicality (and brand recognition)!
...but see what we can do with a little more time?
